Let me introduce myself! I’m Shanice Bannis from Toronto (technically North York). I am an organizing expert for people who desperately want to organize their homes themselves; however, staying in one category of organizing was never my thing. I also assist in organizing, whether that is sharing my knowledge with businesses, side-hustles, blogs, you name it... Basically, any boss babe out there who needs a helping hand.

My subscribers rave about my jaw-dropping free resource library on my City of Creative Dreams blog that I created in 2013, and can't stop scrolling through my Pinterest page with 1+ million monthly views. 12+ years of blogging about organizing your home, wedding, and life are what make me love what I do so creating a custom organizing design service called Inspired By Organizing was just the icing on the cake.

My mission is simple: To help busy women organize their lives without spending thousands AND shake up your approach to organizing your life, home and businesses like a boss — while making it all feel like you are dancing to your favourite booty shaking song. (Tip: I can't help but sing to "No Scrubs" by TLC! )

When I am not creating custom home organizing designs for my clients, being a parent to my son (who is on the autism spectrum), maintaining my blog website or scheduling blog posts and social media, you can find me indulgently scrolling through Pinterest, immersing myself in writing fiction novels and feeding my TV obsession like it's my job. (Fall premieres on TV are my Oscars + Emmys!)
